- Sister Joists — 10 JoistsTen floor joists (2x8 x 14 ft — 140 linear ft total) are sistered to the existing framing to stiffen and stabilize the floor above.
- Joist HangersTwo joist hangers are installed at the beam connection to carry the joist ends.
- General ConditionsMobilization, protection of the work area, material runs and daily clean-up through the project.
